This waste is then carried out of their place of employment in the form of frustration, stress, and a distraction from what should add value to their lives: family, friends, and hobbies.As a quality driven lean practitioner, innovator and advocate for continuous improvement and respect for people, I strive to improve people's lives, not just their work.I am a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Toyota trained Quality Circle Leader with hands on experience leading and managing Quality and Process improvement projects through statistical analysis and PDCA/PDSA problem solving. I am passionate in helping others succeed and grow. I am very comfortable speaking in public or group settings as well as one-on-one scenarios. I have developed and implemented training materials and modules in manufacturing, retail and organizational settings. My methodology and foundation are heavily influenced by the Toyota Production System, The Toyota Way and Toyota Business Practices.
