Administer Special Active Directory OU, password resets and account creation for elevated access accounts for Identity Access and Management for user ID’s and service accounts. Handled PAM group creation, as well as handling all role creations for the Disney Aveksa solution. Help other System Administrators who experience trouble accessing servers and the CA Access Control products. Assist with installations and deployments and operational support of CA Access Control Product. Managed 5 ticket queues, while routing and working tickets for requests for access and incident management through HP Service Manager, CA Service Desk and ServiceNow. Helped to simplify onboarding process for various user groups, as well as helping to streamline and assist with other processes in the Disney Aveksa Solution. Maintained and ran user ID and group scan in StealthAudit for quarterly user ID reviews and well as helping with user verification.
