I started working for Advanstar in their Veterinary division as a Marketing Art Director. I was the first person they hired in an effort to build a dedicated marketing team for their Veterinary Products. As the Art Director I was responsible for the design, direction, and production of all the marketing materials for four veterinary magazines and three.

In this position I was the Marketing Art Director for the Veterinary division of Advanstar Communications, Inc. As an art director, I handled all the marketing and promotion design for 3 trade shows, 4 magazines, and their portal website.

Had a small stint designing billboards and marketing materials for consumer home and sport shows.

I held many positions with NPG, Inc. I started out as a production designer and worked my way up to Advertising Design Leader. As the advertising design leader, I still had all the responsibilities of a production designer along with the added responsibilities of advertising spec design, marketing design, and graphic design trainer for the other production.
