During my time, I worked on an abundance of legal matters, including asset tracing assignments, economic loss calculations, shareholder disputes, criminal charges and matrimonial matters.I have been able to amass skills in data analysis as part of investigations which possess a large amount of data from accounting ledgers, bank statements and other systems. Further, my exposure to the preparation of financial information for the Courts, and the crucial time constraints has evolved my core time management skills.

During my gap year prior to university I was promoted as Assistant Store Manager, I gained a heap of experience in effective communication techniques, good management of people and time, as well as a thorough understanding of adapting to the customer. As Assistant Store Manager, my main purpose was to propel strong potential of the store, which included upholding company values, safety and customer service. As assistant manager, I was also the safety representative meaning I was accountable for the teams wellbeing and ensuring the companies safety procedures were in place and abided by. This allowed me to maintain good communication with the team, and further enabled me to effectively step-up from a fellow team member to a team leader. Furthermore, I would also assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations which included rostering, merchandising, customer service and administrative duties.In this position, collaboration between the Manager and I was essential to ensure we had common goals for our store which we could in turn manage and lead our team to achieve as a whole. In addition to this, as a manager I would also listen to my staff with any issues that may have arisen in our store and also encourage them to collaboratively come up with solutions to fix these, which we would then put into action.Another key duty I had as an Assistant Manager was to analyse data and trends set by our customers, and when required would come up with innovative solutions which would increase sales and customer knowledge in particular areas. This duty was the most rewarding as I was able to see the solution that I came up with and put into place effectively working with our customers. This included an increase in customer intrigue followed by an increase in sales.
