Counseled an international team with members in USA, Australia, Middle East, and Europe on global deployments of McAfee Endpoint Encryption and Host Intrusion Prevention to an environment with over 40,000 end points worldwide.Created and Published Performance Key Indicator (PKI) McAfee ePO dashboards for product deployments. Specifically their value to the company, progression and detections.Functioned as a team lead to improve incident handling. The results created a standardized process that allowed the McAfee team to handle incidents within the time frame upper management designated.Designed and executed a new McAfee ecosystem, including building new hardware, policies, and standardization to run parallel until the legacy environment could be decommissioned. Evaluated the capabilities of McAfee Network Access Control by constructing checks and benchmarks for McAfee products, WSUS servers, Internet Explorer proxies, and encryption status alerts. Developed and successfully implemented an enterprise conversion plan to replace all Norton Security products and Cisco Security Agent with McAfee Endpoint Security to allow central management and comply with Payment Card Industry.Administered all McAfee end point security via ePolicy Orchestrator, including Data Loss Prevention and Application Control, to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. Created and implemented McAfee Host Intrusion Prevention workstation and server policies to comply with PCI requirements without disrupting business operations. Assisted in analyzing the AirTran Airways network for critical performance issues and security risks through Lancope Stealthwatch.Designed and launched an eLearning Security Awareness Training program for all crew members to promote best practices, safety and Information Security policies.
