Advise and assist healthcare organizations with building clinically integrated networks and designing population health care coordination models. Assumes an active role in all aspects of Premier Performance Partner projects including client interaction and project/relationship management. Drives all aspects of projects including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, analyzing data, planning and conducting interviews, preparing presentations, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change.

Newly designed management consulting service line launched in July 2013 to compliment the existing suite of leadership offerings (Interim Leadership and Executive Search). Functioned in a dual role of client facing project delivery and corporate operations. Position utilized project management, analytic/benchmarking, business development and marketing skills to create and grow a healthcare consulting line of business focusing on care management and peri-operative services.

Managed all operations related to environmental services and linen distribution in a 121-bed acute healthcare facility. Department consists of 20 FTEs, cleaning 156,000 square feet of space. Department redesigned in 12-months to ensure all vacant positions were filled, schedules provided 24/7 coverage with no overtime and regulatory requirements were met. Built strong relationship with clinical/nursing departments and participated in multiple infection control projects and nursing-led committees.

Responsible for all data analyses related to Emergency Department and Patient Flow Operations in a 500 bed flag-ship facility. Led hospital-wide data assessment for patient flow, developed Emergency Department Scorecard, participated in department quality improvement initiatives and assisted with the delivery of staff education.
