PoliticIt is a website that provides real-time chatter surrounding politicians. We built an algorithm that predicts political elections using social media and other online metrics. I was involved in all aspects of the business and the day to day operations.

Used PoliticIt's tools and data analysis to help politicians win in Utah. We also shot political commercials that were aired on major Utah networks (like CBS). Our clients were all challengers (no incumbents). Our purpose was to understand how political campaigns work so that we could adequately design meaningful software for politics. AidVenture was a Facebook application designed to allow Facebook users to invest in 3rd world entrepreneurs through micro-finance partnerships. App took took 2nd place in the Microsoft Imagine Cup (25,000 competitors).

CupAd is an advertising company that distributes print ads on paper coffee cups through independent coffee shops across the United States.

ZAGG is the number one phone accessory company in the world- Reported directly to VP of Marketing- Worked in the marketing department- Invented, developed, and executed program for marketing ZAGG on college campuses- Interviewed, hired, trained, and managed initial ZAGG representatives- Recruits generated thousands of dollars of revenue for ZAGG

- Reported directly to VP of Customer Service- Served as a quality control manager of the customer service department- Ensured that all communication with customers met the quality standards outlined by the company- Performed quality control on both email and phone conversations- Met with and helped improve customer service agents based on their performance- Helped make hiring, promotion, and firing decisions based on data collected

My first venture. A salsa jar that had a dial at the bottom allowing the user to consumer salsa without having to put their hand in the jar. When the salsa gets low the user turns the dial. Turning the dial forced the salsa to go to the surface of the jar. This eliminated the need for the user to put their hand in the salsa jar...a common complaint faced by salsa consumers.- Invented product- Drafted and submitted provisional patent - Recruited and managed engineering team to build proof of conception
