Oversaw the ordering, movement, and sales of product resulting in 40+ million dollars of revenue. Created comprehensive and interactive SOPs for core tasks within the Operations department. Designed a training program which taught Virtual Assistants, within a 3-day period, how to operate company software and successfully complete orders with minimal errors. Optimized product movement by running an analysis on pallet-spending relationships and used the results to streamline ordering procedures. Compiled and deployed a New Supplier Finding program which continually creates new B2B partnerships.
