Advised or participated in numerous project teams to bring capabilities into the production environment.• Served as operations lead during migration from Remedy to ServiceNow for our enterprise ticketing system.• Also served as Training Program Manager, responsible for managing over $1 million budget and executing the organizational training strategy for both civilian and military technical and professional training requirements.
