I'm the lead developer for Rackspace's Sign Up, Address Services, and Customer Management platform. I am responsible designing, implementing, and maintaining new features and functionality for all three applications and oversee the CICD pipelines. I coordinate the releases and integration touch points of these applications across the enterprise and advise Rackspace's internal and external business partners on new features, approaches, and technical changes. I also mentor all team members on both their technical and soft skills. I also assist in the interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding of new personnel and contractors.
