CurrentActs as independent intermediary between disparate departments (shipping& receiving / overseas project managers / local technicians / sales / softwaredevelopment) to plan and complete large-scale program goals.Creates and maintain amicable and transparent relationships with suppliersand contractors by meeting in-person, completing and verifying businessdocumentation, negotiating pricing, fostering personal relationships, andgenerating purchase orders.- Vigilantly track budget spending whilegenerating of detailed documents tailored to each department’s individualneedsCollects, interprets, and prepares data for regular reports to department headswithin the company, financial institutions, and overseas military partnersCreates new systems to facilitate emerging business avenues as well astrains and outfits existing employees for said systems' incorporation intocorporate infrastructureOversees Initial adoption of complex government standards and software to prepareand train other employees in their use- Inform management of anyintra-corporate complications and provides immediate conflict resolutionbetween personnel.
