Primarily focused on Advanced Process Control (APC) and Fault Detection (FDC) systems. My work includes building logic controllers for multiple processing areas and a focus on subFab equipment FDC and failure prediction. I also work on the development and deployment of Electronic Out-of-Control action plans (eCAPs/OCAPs). Including automation and integration to other existing factory systems, as well as the training and deployment of eCAPs/OCAPs to the factory. Other eCAP focus areas include SPC, FDC and tool/wafer dispositioning.

Managed an on-site applications group located at a customer site. My focus was on sensorization of semiconductor tool sets and process/tool optimization. Additional responsibilities included writing and executing on statements of work, feasibility of pilot tests, engagement with new customers interested in using INFICON products and services, and coordinating projects that spread across multiple internal and external business units.

Developed and characterized processes for TEL's Gas Cluster Ion Beam (GCIB) system.

I was a graduate student under the advisement of Dr. Alain Diebold. My work focused on the metrology of high-k gate oxides. The metrology used included SE, XRD, XPS and RBS. I also spent some time at Brookhaven National lab using the synchrotron light source for XRD and XPS analysis.

I worked under the advisement of Dr. William Lanford and Dr. Mengbing Huang. My work focused on ion beam analysis at SUNY Albany's Linear Accelerator Lab. This included RBS, NRA, Ion Channeling, Implantation and work on a high resolution magnetic spectrometer for high resolution RBS.
