The Regions Community Engagement Performance and Impact group is responsible for the tracking and reporting of all measurable metrics in Community Engagement. We manage system operations for: Regions Community Engagement Central - our centralized data collection and reporting system for giving, volunteerism, and matching gifts. Regions360 - a deliberate and focused approach to building stronger relationships with customers by first understanding their financial needs and goals. Community Reinvestment Act Compliance System; Centralized solution for CRA data collection, review and reporting.

Manage Funds Transfer Pricing methodology and assumption development, including leadership of the annual assumption review, developing new FTP methods and ensuring existing FTP methods used are in line with industry best practices. Co-chair the FTP Working Group with Treasury; Partner to develop and approve FTP methodology while facilitating communications to the business groups. Work with Financial Information Systems to validate that FTP is implemented and functioning properly. Develop and manage systems to ensure proper pricing in the field from an FTP perspective. Coordinate with Treasury in the implementation of QRM FTP planning for the budget and forecast process. Serve as subject matter expert on RAROC and the Relationship Profitability Model, managing projects and day to day operations. Provide guidance to Relationship Managers and underwriters on the optimal method to model complex credits, structuring deals that are advantageous for the bank and the customer. Manage update projects related to change in profitability metrics both regulatory and internal. Present detailed analysis to Executive level management in an effective manner. Support line of business partners with profitability guidance and analytics. Manage the FTP component of the month end management reporting process. Provide FTP guidance for the budget and forecast process. Provide guidance and analytics on the FTP Offset Unit. Represent Non Treasury Finance on the LIBOR Transition team.Lead the Finance Training Working Group, tasked with developing an associate development program customized for Finance roles within Corporate Development and Profitability. Involves presenting classroom based training on Finance topics including FTP, Profitability, Economic Capital, CECL, and Financial Modeling in Excel. Partner with other SMEs within the group to ensure the best representatives are in place to provide clear training documents and presentations on their specialty each month.

Responsible for the Financial operations and risk management for The World Games 2022. Coordinate with the legal counsel on contract and insurance matters. Provide planning, development, and implementation of core financial systems and administrative processes. Work directly with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to maximize the organization's resources ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively. Track and measure performance relative to budgets, providing recommendations, insight and guidance. Direct ongoing analysis of the organization’s funding requirements to ensure optimal availability of funds and resources.
