CurrentAs a human Resource Business Partner at Snohomish County, I provide strategic HR support to departments and divisions, with a focus on leave and accommodations management. I develop and execute leave and accommodations management programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, as well as county policies and procedures. I manage leave and accommodation request for employees and ensure a positive employee experience through efficient and fair decision-making. Some key responsibilities include. providing guidance and support to managers and employees on leave and accommodations management policies, procedures, and compliance matters. Analyzing leave and accommodations data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of accommodations management initiatives. Collaborating with other HR functional areas, including compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations, to align initiatives with over HR strategy.
