As an ALS Support Officer at Oldham College, I am deeply committed to providing academic and personal support to students with additional learning needs. Collaborating closely with educators, tutors, and support staff, my goal is to remove barriers to learning, helping students achieve their academic goals. This work ignites my passion for creating accessible and inclusive educational environments.Driven by my enthusiasm for technology, I have explored cybersecurity, software development, and web development through courses at Trafford College - Code Nation. My university experience enriched my understanding of programming and networking, while a Level 3 IT course and self-taught efforts have expanded my skills in computer networking, hardware troubleshooting, and repair. Professionally, I apply this knowledge to solve IT issues at Oldham College, from developing automated timetabling systems to managing hardware problems, aiming to make technology an empowering tool for all.I pride myself on being a motivated, adaptable, and collaborative professional, dedicated to learning, innovation, and diversity.
