• Manage all in house SAAS applications. Google apps, Zoom, Okta, OneLogin, Slack, Jira, Mac DEP, SimpleMDM, Azure AD, RingCentral, etc.• Responsible for new hire onboarding. Everything from building laptops, account building and provisioning, setting up desks and communicating with the user if they are remote where to ship hardware• Run on-boarding classes for new hires in house, remote and international• User Offboardings • Responds to helpdesk tickets and provides solutions for reported user issues for in house and remote employees around the globe• Identifies, troubleshoots and resolves problems with hardware, software, applications and AV • Monitor internal ticketing system notifications for proactive response, and communication of any outages or system downtime• Design and execute projects to improve systems and operations• In conjunction with the team, develop and document new support and operations processes• Coordinate technical events in our All-Hands space• Participate on Helpdesk team projects, complete tasks and ensure they are completed on time and to specifications.· Ability to adapt to a multifunctional position in a start up atmosphere – a “jack of all trades”

· Plan, prepare and coordinate the daily set up and wiring of offsite construction projects· Supports team by assisting in production and installation of cabinets and furniture· Assists customers with sales and product questions to ensure customer satisfaction· Established the “Scrap Bin Boutique” - Uses leftover project wood to make handcrafted household items· Manages shipping and receiving of daily outgoing and incoming packages· Daily skills include: lifting and moving 50-100 pound items, knowledge and skill on use of a wide variety of tools and machines
