Managing site selection, build to suit, and 3rd party development services for clients from multiple asset classes, specializing in retail, self-storage, and C-store work. Fully integrated development/construction firm that can handle the process from inception to delivery.

Oversaw projects in pipeline from inception (site planning, pre-LOI) through lease negotiation, investment analysis, entitlement, design & development,permitting, construction, TOP, and coordinated with tenants until open to the public● Selected consultant teams nationally including civil engineers, architects attorneys, and contractors● Oversaw and managed all aspects of development, starting with evaluating financial viability and deal structure (ground lease, fee simple, build to suit, etc...) through construction and turnover to tenants● Served as single point of contact coordinating with on-site property management, tenant, design team, authorities having jurisdiction, as well as representing corporate interests as owner’s rep● Managed projects ranging from $4MM-$120MM● Worked to secure public financing and negotiated development agreements with municipalities by building relationships with AHJ and elected officials (TIF and PILOT)● Created and executed plans to work with lenders to restructure debt and replat properties to make redevelopments newly viable● Developed strategies to protect investment and facilitate tenant success including having new state legislation passed and establishing premier economic districts centered around development efforts● Constructed and maintained ownership of project proformas from start to finish including oversight of all spending and construction budgets● Frequent travel to projects overseeing all on-site activities and representing the interests of CBL as the face of the development in local municipalities

Responsible for oversight of budget, design, permitting, and entitlement of projects related to commercial development. Works in a team environment alongside legal, finance, and other support staff to oversee projects from inception until delivery to clients in a high volume build to suit ecosystem rooted in customer service but highly focused on speed to market. Manages a large team of diverse consultants and experts in order to facilitate fastest delivery of developments to tenant.
