Under my leadership, Skyline, our proactive cloud service, experienced exponential growth, reaching 13,000 customers within four years of its launch. It became VMware's fastest-growing cloud service, acquiring over 200 customers per month. We proactively surfaced 80 million findings for customers and successfully remediated 60% of the identified issues, ensuring a seamless and optimized user experience. I spearheaded the launch of Support Hub, VMware's AI-powered support portal, in collaboration with IBM Watson, revolutionizing the customer support experience. This innovative platform reduced customer effort by 50% during case submissions and significantly improved the accuracy of routing issues to the appropriate experts. Our efforts were recognized by IDC, stating that support technologies like VMware Skyline were setting a new standard for enterprise software support.

Successfully industrialized VMware's SDDC portfolio, driving market share growth within a $50 billion total addressable market (TAM). I played a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of SDDC through professional services, partner collaborations, and empowering DIY customers. Notably, I led product development and testing of VMware Validated Designs, integrating multiple subsystems to enable customers to run their applications on or off-premise seamlessly. As the Product Owner for SDDC Operations, I spearheaded the implementation of "Day 2" capabilities, including monitoring, alerting, logging, patching, upgrades, backup/restore, migrations, roles, personas, and disaster recovery. Furthermore, I led a global team of architects, quality engineers, scrum masters, and program managers, while also certifying strategic partners such as Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, and HCL to position, deploy, and operate SDDC solutions.

Developed and managed strategic relationships with global system integrators/outsources (SISO) and service provider partners that generated $60M in sales. Took responsibility for tightly aligning the VMware product portfolio and Go To Market themes with a Fortune 500 IT Services company's technical offering/solution strategy.
