Engineering leader and author with 20+ years of experience building teams and products. I’ve grown and matured teams from "we don't have furniture yet, but here's your laptop" to IPO. I've built API sets by orchestrating cross-functional meetings with all stakeholders - and by shouting back and forth across the room to tweak payloads and behavior. I've managed compliance, and mergers and acquisitions - and 'changed the toner cartridge', listened to end users talk about their actual needs, and field-diagnosed hardware.
