As a senior systems architect, I was charged with keeping various Clearcable SOE systems in full working order, performing R&D to advance the platform, and enabling DevOps culture and automation within the Systems and Software teams.My primary projects included the implementation of my own PVC hypervisor manager software as a base hypervisor for SOE, the expansion and unification of Ansible for management and orchestration of software deployment, and the evolution of various platform aspects to updated versions as needs change. As a deployment specialist as well, I was responsible for the deployment of 24+ new PVC clusters for both new and upgraded customers, and 12+ brand-new customers including full Clearcable NOMS provisioning integration, both in a technical and project-manageral role.

As a senior systems analyst, my primary role was in the evolution and support of the Clearcable SOE platform. As a member of the systems team, I supported client deployments of our SOE environment including provisioning, monitoring, email, voice, and storage technologies, and the evolution of and R&D on the platform.

Experience performing P2V conversions of existing servers as well as deployment of new virtual machines and system platforms.Extensive troubleshooting of Linux-based systems built on a Xen hypervisor platform, including detecting and repairing/replacing faulty hardware and software faults and capacity planning.Experience in service-provider networking, including switch and router configurations, CMTS configurations, troubleshooting of network problems, and general maintenance of network equipment.
