Dry Creek & Russian River, California

▪ Area manager and viticulturist for 40+ ranches in Russian River and Dry Creek totaling over 800 acres. ▪ Planed and executed viticulture area program: including pest control, fertility, cover crop, data collection, scouting and irrigation. ▪ Supervised multiple crews including determining incentive/contract rates for all vineyard work.▪ Planned, designed and executed multiple vineyard re-development and infrastructure projects.▪ Coordinated with owners, grower representatives, consultants, pest control advisors and winemakers.

Napa, California

▪ Led luxury winegrowing vineyard operations across multiple ranches, totaling 550 acres in Napa. ▪ Responsible for multiple re-development projects and received high acclamation from viticulture for vineyard health.▪ Led cross functional planning meetings with winemaking, viticulture, growers relations and operations - leading to decreased vineyard re-work.▪ Received zero county violations in two separate inspections for HazMat and Pesticide Records nor any for a California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance audit.

Paso Robles, California

▪ Led premium winegrowing vineyard operations on a 600 acre ranch.▪ Analyzed and developed a whole new ranch re-development plan as a team with operations, viticulture, winemaking, UC extension researchers and others; based from soil, topography, climate and frost protection.▪ Managed personnel on Certified Sustainable Vineyard management practices.▪ Modified old equipment and adapted new equipment to increase vineyard efficiencies and reduce hand labor.

Clarksburg, California

▪ Assisted Ranch Manager on over 2,500 acres of value and premium wine grapes in complex California Delta.▪ Supervised crews and tractor drivers throughout growing season and harvest. ▪ Planned and supervised 3 x Gregoire Pull-Behind harvesters and 6 Gondola operators. ▪ Responsible for payroll for over 20 employees.

Afghanistan

▪ Civil Affairs Primary Staff Officer: managed four million dollars in contracts, planned & coordinated budget training of 80 Afghan government leaders, planned humanitarian aid, coordinated governance and economic targets, and advised the leadership on all civil matters in Paktika, Afghanistan.
