As a senior leader with extensive experience leading commercial operations for global industrial manufacturing businesses, I leverage a strategic mindset coupled with an engineer’s keen eye to drive revenue growth, international expansion, and profitable partnerships.Currently serving as chief executive officer of Rivulis, a global irrigation company, I am charged with accelerating its strong growth trajectory and elevating our commercial capabilities and dealer network to drive new market penetration.I culminated my tenure at Valmont as division president, overseeing its $1B+ global irrigation group, which spanned 65 countries. With ownership of the business unit’s entire international P&L, I steered 37% revenue growth and boosted profit margins while introducing operational rigor, executing effective M&A strategies, and contributing to corporate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts. Under my leadership, the company’s international Valley Irrigation segment doubled in revenue. Public-private partnerships were instrumental in this growth trajectory and we closed major deals with governments in Egypt and Kazakhstan. My work on a 10-year contract with Kazakhstan officials resulted in my appointment as honorary consul for Nebraska and Kansas and I continue in this capacity today. A strong proponent of the possibilities arising from the intersection of government, policy, and business, I serve on the Business Council for International Understanding’s board of directors. I also served as strategic advisor and board member at EcoBalance Global and used my expertise in international business and knowledge of the agricultural sector to guide the company toward expansion opportunities abroad. I bring an unwavering focus on customer needs to my executive and board leadership roles and as an industrial systems engineer by training, have a deep understanding of how intellectual property strategy can help businesses sustain a competitive edge in increasingly crowded global marketplaces.
