Working at the intersection between natural resource stewardship and regenerative agriculture.Working to strengthen organizations internally by focusing on people and process development, and building bridges between organizations so we can do more, together. Experience tackling sticky problems, such as:○ Can we strengthen our local food system to both deepen farmland sustainability, AND increase food security for all?○ How can we use strong collaborations to tackle longstanding water quality concerns to get results of clean waters for people and wildlife? ○ How can sometimes conflicting land use goals, such as farmland protection and wildlife habitat restoration, find common purpose and achieve more together?○ What actions, both tactical and systematic, can we take to address racism, equity, and greater inclusion in our natural resources organizations and work? I recognize that this work requires focus on: ○ People- Investing in people…○ Leadership- Supporting and developing good leaders and managers○ Teams- Building diverse and inclusive teams, organizations, and partnerships○ Programs- Designing equitable programs, led by and in partnership with the communities impacted○ Collaboration- Collaborating across organizations to drive collective impact
