Amica is a company with over 3,000 employees. I was hand-picked, along with eight others, to serve on a brainstorming team (Policy Admin Project) to help create and design Amica's new computer system. I was chosen as a result of my written responses to an Ideas and Suggestions survey that was sent to all employees. This is the largest project Amica has undertaken in its 104 year history.Optimized my sales and customer service skills to write 222 new policies, achieve 31 life insurance referrals, and handle 2,551 service calls in 2010.Wrote, edited and packaged a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, sales letters and emails.Provided helpful advice to team members on a daily basis.
