Mechanical Engineering student at Deakin, working at Thornton Engineering in an undergraduate role. Throughout my experience at Thornton I have developed and applied skills in manufacturing such as CAM, CNC programming and CNC machine operation.. I have been given the opportunity to complete several design projects, tasked with solving problems under strict time, budget and design constraints. During these projects I was able to apply and build new skills in CAD, communication, technical drawing, GD&T, iterative design, FEA and metalworking. I am currently completing my Engineering internship with ABMARC, pursuing a career in the automotive/motorsport industry.
