Assisted in the development and employment of the first “Turtle,” lightweight, mobile camera system providing vital cueing of potential attacks to Riverine forces operating at forward-deployed bases. As Maritime Operations Center (MOC) Supervisor, supervised six Sailors and help responsibility for escort, landward/seaward security of over 85 High Value Assets (HVA’s) and over 15,000 Sailors.
