As a Puchasing Analyst, I was responsible for handling different day-to-day purchase requisitions. I was a part of a team that sources different materials which are needed by our mining plants in Chile; part of the sourcing process includes dealing with vendors and analyzing their offers. Included as well in my responsibilities are creating purchase orders, monitoring them to ensure on-time delivery and handling other requests made via emails and calls.

• Worked as an operations buyer with Mead-Johnson employees and suppliers in Latin America, namely Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Panama, and Venezuela.• Provided support for accounts located in North America and Europe.• Responsible for order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement, reviewing contracts, resolving blocked invoices, and receiving help requests via emails and calls from internal clients and suppliers.• Responsible for generating reports and analysis, such as vendor-master analysis, high-risk shopping cart analysis, and purchase order post-monitoring analysis.
