As a Visual Designer, I ideate and look ahead while working closely with the Nutrisystem marketing team to understand where the brand and products are going. I create engaging concepts and visual inspiration dedicated to our core and future customers while enhancing the user experience, adding product value and delivering contemporary promotional materials. I work directly with our E-Commerce team and stakeholders to provide visual design leadership for all facets of the business and marketing efforts therein. I collaborate with copywriters and creative directors as an independent lead on high profile projects while effortlessly maintaining brand integrity and producing industry leading collateral. A constantly growing and changing list of delivery methods may include email and print campaigns, Ecommerce design and user experience design, design optimization and digital product design. While visual and graphic design is a core focus I also change hats and step in as a director of in-house photography, motion graphics designer as well as 3d specialist. In efforts to be a contributing member in a leadership role I often work with junior designers as a mentor. I share my knowledge and experience by advising younger creative staff to work towards growing their skill set and honing their craft along with their confidence in execution.
