Launched the Aston Carter brand for Aerotek in the Austin, Texas market. Provided talented accounting and finance professionals to our clients across the greater Austin market (Waco to New Braunfels). Client industries included: Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Applied Health Services, Chemical and Consumer Products, Technology, Financial and Government. January 2018 tasked with the management of the Life Sciences division and supported emerging biotech clients with talented clinical professionals.

Coordinated operational activities within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) assessments and operational audits. Handled customer questions, concerns, and complaints as escalated by branch staff or otherwise as needed. Ensured assigned branch location complies with or satisfies legal and regulatory requirements established.
