I managed and a maintained many VOIP telephony systems from Cisco, Avaya and WPA for end users. I assisted with implementing a large VSphere environment of which I managed large scale linux thin clients ranging from building images and updating applications. I was the single point of contact supporting people at my local site.

I developed and maintain an online store for SMT Indutrial Supply. I also manage and maintain a back-end tracking and monitoring of the website to develop reports and consumer information for marketing.

I was a solution provider responsible for implementing and designing technology solutions to fit residential and business needs. I worked with many networks ranging in size from home networks to large businesses with over 100 employees. I supported many OS environments from Linux, Apple, and Windows. I was in charge of maintaining and configuring large servers and implementing security. I was able to also automate tasks with scripting languages BAT, VBS and PowerShell to assist with every day tasks and increase efficiency.
