Consulting Firm focused on Entertainment Financing, Production and Distribution. Raised over $20M in financing for multiple feature films while focusing on emerging media and content monetization through digital distribution networks. Consulted for several firms out of Boston, MA, Singapore and New York where I was responsible for devising and implementing content distribution and acquisition strategies as well as drafting pro-formas and feasibility studies. I also created and launched an EB-5 certified debt financing film fund. Beyond drafting the pro-forma helped create the advisory board and strategic partnerships that included director Joel Schumacher, writer/director Garry Marshall and actor Kevin Costner.

Oversaw the development, financing, production and distribution of over 8 feature films and documentaries and television shows that were shown at over 100 film festivals and licensed globally to companies like FOX, CBS, Spike TV, Discovery, IFC, First Look, and Peace Arch, among others. Worked with several well known A-List writers and directors.
