I consult with startups on HR and recruiting. My services fall loosely into three buckets:* Retained searches for senior or executive roles at startups.* Fractional Head of Talent service for startups that aren't yet large enough to need a full time head of talent* "Special projects" - working with companies to develop solutions to specific TA issue, improve processes, etc.

I joined Chapter as the first Recruiting/People hire. I managed all aspects of recruiting and HR.Key accomplishments:* Grew the company from ~15 -> 100* Worked with managers to develop more structured interview processes* Launched and managed employee engagement systems, including pulse survey, 360 reviews and OKRs.* Built out the leadership team with hires of Heads of Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success.

FormSwift was a bootstrapped tech startup. I was a Senior Recruiter/head of Recruiting, reporting directly the CEO.Key accomplishment:* Full lifecycle recruiting for key technical hires* Updated company hiring practices to reflect a shift from onsite -> fully remote

For CBRE Build (formerly Floored). Key Accomplishments:* Hired a bunch of awesome people.* Developed a recruiting function orthogonal to the "corporate" recruiting team to meet the unique hiring needs of the Build team.

I joined as the company's ~15th employee and oversaw growth to ~100 employees, through to our merger with our competitor, VTS.

Floored built fully interactive 3D walkthroughs (like video games, but without shooting) delivered via the web browser. They were later acquired by CBRE where they formed the basis for CBRE Build (see above).Accomplishments:* Expanded the engineering team rapidly (~100% growth in a year), while maintain a high technical bar, and gender diversity.
