With over 15 years of executive leadership experience, I excel at creating and executing upon ambitious and sustainable growth goals for my organization. I enjoy employing operational efficiency improvements to drive positive patient outcomes across the healthcare delivery system; specifically the senior living space. I have been fortunate to participate in the design and build of Medicare Advantage end-to-end operating/clinical models; to include the oversight and responsibility to grow these models with provider partners. I leverage economic analysis creation (e.g. cost-effectiveness, cost/benefit, inventory reduction and added value propositions) and identify acquisition and partnership targets which align with product and growth and contracting opportunities. I hold an appreciation for Fee-For-Service, yet I am also adept at value/performance based contracting with an eye towards outcomes based arrangements. Last but not least, I am a decorated combat veteran with two tours of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2005.
