I started Pierce Consulting with a simple goal: Leverage my experience as a a global entrepreneur, builder, energy expert and speaker to help our partners exceed their goals.Pierce Consulting provides strategic and operational leadership to land developers, builders, municipal governments and non-profit organizations to achieve their project goals. We have delivered over 100 projects, from custom home remodels to 250+ unit mixed-use subdivisions. Initiated, built and expanded the technical services division of a $100M+ Energy Efficiency firm. Division provided technical analysis, project design and program management services to state and federal agencies and investor owned utility energy programs. Emphasis on energy efficiency for low income housing, renewable energy, green building, commercial energy retrofits, and energy technician training.

Built the first New Urbanist Neighborhood in the North Valley. Recruit, train and manage internal construction trades.
