Responsible for planning and implementation of all things membership-related: budgeting, event planning, recruitment and retention strategies, promotions, sales processes and training, data accuracy and reporting, surveys to current and lapsed members, and assisting with production and distribution of marketing materials.Highlights:- Grew membership revenue from $400,000 to $900,000 (increase of 125%). - Grew member households from 6,500 to 13,000 (increase of 100%).- Launched Community Access Membership, granting free family memberships to anyone receiving benefits through SNAP or WIC in December 2020. Have distributed more than 10,000 memberships through this program (95% new members), allowing KSC to help eliminate price as a barrier to entry, with total attendance through this program surpassing 40,000 people. - Transitioned from physical membership cards to digital membership cards with a 50% adoption rate in the first 8 months.- Design and send post-visit survey emails, membership welcome emails, membership renewal emails through our email marketing platform, Delivra.- Create, administer, and analyze visitor and member satisfaction surveys.- Introduced Visitor Services incentive program.- Created discount program, where Science Center members receive discounts at local restaurants and attractions.- Led a team in the design and creation of a 3 month Sports Science exhibit.- Serve on the Core Team for anti-racism work with Racial Healing Project.
