Responsibilities: ► Configuration and maintenance of Active Directory services including DNS and DHCP. ► Installation, configuration, and maintenance of over 50 physical servers across 2 datacenters. ► Built and maintained 2 highly available VMware clusters and their associated 100+ Virtual Machines. ► Developed and implemented disaster recovery strategies for efficient and effective backup of critical business data. ► Maintained and supported Microsoft Exchange 2007, email archive system, and spam filter. ► Responsible for core routing, VLAN configuration, datacenter edge switches, fibre channel fabric, edge firewall, and VPN systems. ► Maintained all RedHat Linux and Windows Server installations. ► Installation, configuration, and maintenance of EMC fibre channel storage arrays. Accomplishments: ► Upgraded Active Directory from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2012R2. ► Designed and implemented two VMware HA clusters. ► Virtualized over 100 physical servers with zero downtime which supported a 24/7 medical record system. ► Designed and implemented Microsoft Deployment Toolkit to streamline the helpdesk's ability to image workstations. ► Developed automation scripts that would correct specific error states within our medical record system which reduced the frequency of on-call emergencies. ► Participated in the implementation of Cisco VoIP. My primary responsibilities on this project included the design and configuration of Active Directory domain trusts to allow multiple forests to integrate with Cisco Unity.

Responsibilities include level 1 support for all PCs and software in the organization. Configured and maintained Help Desk Ticketing software designed for easy escalation of problems and historic documentation of issues.
