I am Co-Chair of Pullman & Comley's Commercial Finance practice group and a member of its Real Estate practice group.My practice includes the representation of landowners, business owners, developers, landlords, tenants, investors, real estate investment trusts, individuals, and not-for-profits in all types of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and financing. Over the years, a substantial portion of my practice has also been devoted to commercial finance and commercial lending work on both the lender and borrower side. On the lender side, I have represented numerous large institutional lenders ,regional lenders, and local community banks in closing hundreds of commercial lending transactions including mortgage loans, term loans, secured and unsecured lines of credit, asset based revolving credit facilities, equipment loans, mezzanine loans, and letter of credit enhanced municipal bond transactions. On the borrower side, I regularly represent and counsel not-for-profits and businesses of all sizes in connection with their financing needs. I have been licensed since 2003 to practice in Connecticut and New York, and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.
