In this role, I was the Director of Clinical Education. My role was to oversee a team of seven individuals that were primarily responsible for all end user training on the Merge Healthcare products and services. In my role, I had budgetary responsibility for the P&L for Clinical Education as well as eventually taking over responsibility for the in-house training classes that we performed at Headquarters. Under my leadership, we were able to grow the team by an additional headcount and consolidate some of the remote training to virutal training to reduce our overall travel budget by 19%.

I was hired to oversee all phases of construction and build-out as well as negotiate contracts for all equipment and ensure that we met our scheduled opening date.
