Mosaic Church is a church merger/replant originating from Tallgrass Community Church and The Well. My role entails collaborative oversight of our teaching team, visionary and strategic initiatives, and weekend worship experience.I have a deep desire to see people from all backgrounds be welcomed into spiritual community, think deeply about the cultural moment they inhabit, and put into practice the habits and rituals Jesus demonstrated so they can find holistic health.

As the lead pastor, I oversee the ministries and operations of the church. I really enjoy communicating vision, strategic planning, and developing processes that help people grow in their faith.

I oversee church planting and multiplication efforts in Kansas for our district. It involves creating systems and strategies for discovery, development, and deployment of church planters.

Real Life Church provided oversight and training opportunities for Josh to find his bearings as a pastor. He took the held as The Well's teaching pastor and experienced life-changing events and formed deep relationships in the community. These two and a half years were used as a time of foundation building for The Well to be launched as a church plant.
