I led weekly and quarter-end topline (Revenue, Billings, and ACV) financial reporting for the multinational, multiproduct construction software business (ACS) and presented quarter-end results to senior management. This included coordinating the timeline and deliverables for the quarter-end close process, completing a comprehensive analysis of quarter-end topline financial performance, and building the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) deck. Additionally, I enhanced and automated FP&A capabilities by developing and administering Tableau dashboards, the primary source of topline financials for ACS. This included dashboards/data exporting for ad-hoc financial analysis, renewal-rate analysis, quarterly forecasting, Long-Range Planning (LRP) in Anaplan, and recurring reporting. 20+ cross-functional team members accessed these dashboards daily.

My primary responsibility was to analyze and report on global spend on cloud infrastructure which comprised mainly of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. I developed high-level reporting, data visualizations, and ad-hoc analyses that were provided to senior directors and VPs in the Global Technology division.

In this role, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with some great minds in the investment management industry. Precision in my financial analysis, communicating clearly and concisely, and delivering results in a timely fashion, just to name a few, were skills I refined in this role.

Bristlecone was a financial technology company that developed a web-based platform to allow brick-and-mortar merchants in niche industries to offer financing options to their consumers. I developed a portfolio of Tableau dashboards, collaborated with leadership to define KPIs, and enabled data-driven insight that improved management decision-making.

This position was my first experience in the financial services industry. As an assistant to a financial advisor, I delivered high-touch and high-quality customer service to clients, consistently addressing and delivering value to their individual needs
