I’m the Founder and Managing Director of Squares Capital, specializing in M&A advisory within the cannabis sector. As Head of M&A at Mercer Park Opportunities Corp (SPAC), a $200M cannabis-focused SPAC with up to $1B in buying power, I’m leading efforts to build the cannabis company of the future.
