Koru is a competitive and intensive immersive training program that hones job-ready skills. The program partnered with REI and taught marketing skills through an experiential learning program. Skills included design thinking, prototyping, rapid ethnography, and data-driven decision making using basic business analytics. I received additional training on delivering effective presentations, developing a personal brand, and emotional intelligence.

During my internship I handled client intake, supported Robert Hardy during client consultations and performed legal research on several cases.

During my time at Hardy Engineering, I worked on three highly rewarding projects. As lead CAD designer for the Eagle 360 General Aviation Camera Pod, I learned valuable skills in product prototyping. Next, I developed client relationship skills as the project manager of the BioControl Rack project. In that role I developed management skills across departments, as well as supplier relationship skills. Finally I led an internal effort to remodel the office floor space.
