Listening is my superpower. I learn about people and find ways to help them. I use my power while I hang at the corner of Education and Technology. While there I help teachers evaluate how they use technology and consider the many technology opportunities still out there. At the same time I respect all teaching styles and know many great lessons only include the most basic technologies. Here are some things I have accomplished with my superpower: Improved 10th grade teaching assessments and practices as team-lead: I coordinated the creation of specific assessments using Canvas and developed a data sharing system that led to improved teaching methods.Increased efficiency of TeachCast Supervisors: I gathered input from several groups of stakeholders to co-create a data sharing system that allowed for a streamlining of personnel. Evaluated Jordan High “Digger'' program: I justified funds for this school-developed program to improve student relationships and performance. By observing and interviewing various parties I identified concrete ways to increase already positive impacts.Values/Operating Principles: Creativity, diversity, supporting relationships, along with continual learning, reading, and basketball.Skills/Training: Instructional Design, Education Technology, Evaluation of Technology, Computer Support, Network Administration
