When I started IronRock we set out to provide superior software and database consulting services in the legal industry. Since then the business has grown into software development and licensing of several products including Helicon, our low-code workflow automation platform. In addition to product growth, we have grown across industries from legal services into municipal and government entities, healthcare, real estate and finance, logistics services, manufacturing, and sales.

Worked within departments to design and build quality business solution that provided value to our users and a strategic advantage to the firm as a whole.- Conceptualized and programmed an automatic document generation system, streamlining departments across the entire firm, and allowing the firm to meet rapidly increasing demand for legal documents and gain competitive advantage.- Successfully co-managed a major firm-wide project in restructuring the entire company. - Significantly mitigated project risks during corporate restructure by proposing a less complex, but more gradual process for breaking down and reassembling the company while holding project time constant.- Established a reputation for delivering over a dozen projects under time and budget, such as the Hearing Results website, Discovery Tracking system and Original Documents Follow-Up system.- Authored hundreds of reports and datasets from daily working reports to executive level key performance indicators and custom report scheduler application based in T-SQL.- Created a document serial number system for detailed document tracking.- Functioned as data architect for the firm’s custom document workflow system, work product tracking system, and billing automation systems.- Formulated a generic “Q&A” data-structure that could be attached to any existing system to render additional question and answer functionality.- Pioneered massive portfolio aggregation dataset, allowing the firm to easily report on data that was previously been highly complex and dispersed.
