As a Product Marketing Manager MBA intern, I developed a gamification strategy by interviewing Account Executives to pilot an innovative seller enablement program that focused on helping sellers develop a narrative around the Business Applications value proposition and sales narrative. I also utilized PowerBI to create an application that tracked weekly lead generation performance by our frontline sales organization.

Led 7-person sales team to deliver consistent year over year revenue growth by aligning sales, distribution, and business development teams on company initiatives and core priorities. During this time, I leveraged relationship building skills to expand beverage offerings in prestige accounts and acquire new business from key competitors.

Drove $1M in gross profit across 13 managed accounts by activating marketing programs that drove 400k in annual volume. My efforts increased sales volume 2% by working with account leadership team to sell in non-mandated incremental product displays.

Successfully graduated 2-year Management Rotational Program where I analyzed weekly sales and forecasted sales projections with direct manager and fellow colleagues. I managed product branding through development and distribution of marketing material with direct consumer messaging.

Increased sales territory by 2% in 2012 that reestablished a high-volume territory route in Central Ohio by managing 900+ accounts including 5 school districts and two private universities. During this time, I leveraged and created customized marketing material for customers in order to increase volume and customer value. I also focused on business development, opening 27 new accounts for The Coca-Cola Company.
