My career in the IT industry has allowed me to work with the latest technologies, experience diverse industries, and travel to various parts of the world, all while living in tropical environments.With an early passion for solving technical challenges, I quickly advanced in the dynamic world of technology. After earning my degree in Computer Information Systems, I began my career as IT Assistant at The Westin St. John Resort & Villas in the US Virgin Islands. This role gave me invaluable experience in the hospitality and timeshare industries. After a couple of years, I was ready to return to the U.S., but with a desire to maintain a tropical lifestyle, I relocated to Miami.In Miami, I took on the role of IT Manager at The Regent South Beach, where I led the opening of the property and managed its transformation under multiple flags. During the economic recession, I joined TerraLex, a global network of independent law firms, as IT Manager. This position allowed me to lead IT initiatives for international meetings and events, gaining insights from a customer-facing hospitality perspective while continuing to innovate on the technology front.After nearly a decade at TerraLex, I transitioned to the Director of Information Technology role at Sanmo Realty, a fast-growing, tech-driven real estate firm with operations across South Florida and Orlando. There, I implemented innovative technology solutions that fueled the firm's expansion and enhanced its operational efficiency.Currently, as the General Manager and IT Director at Lexmar Services USA, LLC, I combine leadership and technical expertise to drive business growth while overseeing IT infrastructure, MIS, and website administration.
