I am the proud Founder & President of My Grill Guy, Corp. I founded this company in May of 2014 when separating from the US Air Force after over 10 years of honorable active duty service. My Grill Guy specializes in outdoor cooking appliance maintenance. We provide professional residential BBQ/Grill cleaning, repair, Appliance installations, and gas log installations to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We have grown to a highly trained team of 10 full time employees. MGG has established business relationships with most of the leading grill manufactures in the industry. I was the only vehicle trainer in the squadron and I also performed Quality Assurance inspections and personal evaluations. I was responsible for coordinating the site design including tent location, power and grounding grid layout, air conditioning requirements, security requirements, transportation for inbound personal, logistics for transportation of assets once in the deployed location. This deployment was the largest deployment of Air Force Space Command assets in the history of Air Force Space Command. I helped catch four C-17… Show more During this deployment I was part of a seven man advanced deployment team (ADVON). I was responsible for coordinating the site design including tent location, power and grounding grid layout, air conditioning requirements, security requirements, transportation for inbound personal, logistics for transportation of assets once in the deployed location. This deployment was the largest deployment of Air Force Space Command assets in the history of Air Force Space Command. I helped catch four C-17 cargo aircraft loaded with our personnel and assets and assisted with getting our cargo through customs in a foreign country. This deployment was the highlight of my career.During this time I was vigorously pursuing my Bachelors degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University. Show less

I was directly responsible for members filing safety mishap forms, coordinating and documenting annual safety training, and monthly safety briefings for over 350 personnel. I conducted weekly safety shop visits and ensured shops were conducting business within OSHA and Air Force safety regulations. During this time I attended the OSHA 10-Hour Occupational Safety and Health Training course. During 2011 I also completed my Community College of the Air Force Associates degree in Applied Science.
