My position has also allowed me to be able to gleam vast amounts of knowledge about software used within the storage industry and how it interacts with standard enterprise software. Aside from providing on-demand support and training to my colleagues, I also aim to improve our own internal processes with the goal of providing seamless and round the clock support for not only my colleagues in Level 1 but as well as our storage advisors which are based all around Canada from coast to coast. During the beginning of the pandemic and the sudden shift to remote work, the sudden demand for a fleet of Active directory, domain-joined computers to be deployed to our remote employees was a huge undertaking that was thankfully made much smoother thanks in part to the work that I as well as my colleagues had done to optimize our procedures internally
