The Center Freight Operations Specialist II coordinates Supply Chain Solutions Freight Forwarding inbound and outbound freight shipments and deliveries, dispatches drivers for deliveries and pickups, and determines drive routes to meet deadlines and create efficiencies.Interact with drivers to coordinate pickups at customer sites and SCS service centers, provides alerts of changing weather and traffic conditions, and relays changes to customer delivery and pickup information.This position facilitates movement of freight to coordinate inbound and outbound air freight shipments and to ensure compliance with federal and UPS rules and regulations.I also utilize the Freight Forwarding system to update freight shipment and customer pickup and delivery information and to track driver mileage and fuel usage.

Operate motorized and manual equipment including forklifts, pallet trucks, and hand trucks to handle freight.Verify that documentation matches freight and document incoming and outgoing freight.

Driver/ Helper Operate equipment as directed by foreman. Maintaining company vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.Operate various heavy equipment such as front-end loader, Skid-ster loader, Telehandler, Forklift. Assist with the installation and hook up of a single-phase transformer.Loading and unloading using forklift. Perform other related duties as required for the effective and efficient operation of the project by managing crew to meet production and adhere to deadlines. Perform Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized underground work.

Perform pre/post job equipment inspections, perform and complete preventative maintenance procedures, maintaining support equipment (pumps, treating lines), assist in the clean-up, repair and preparing for a job, performed assistance during the rigging up and down of service line equipment at the wellsite.Lines boss, hydration tank operator, chemicals, sand and pump operator Licensure to drive commercial vehicle.

Dispatch all incoming orders, such as connects, and disconnects, voltage checks, trouble calls. Track all work to meter serviceman or lineman. Track all completed linemen work daily and turn into our date adept to be processed.Work with two radios at same time. Answer phone calls from engineering, customer service, mapping, warehouse, regarding different order that different lineman have.Collection list worked on daily Prioritize outages, emergencies and critical accounts.Provided world class customer service daily. Create connect order, disconnect orders and, any orders customers request. Billing adjustment, check vouchers call collections agencies, make tampering reports, answer all billing questions.Take payments such as cash, checks, credit cards. Balance box daily, and as a CSRII I would close daily cash daily for all CSR to make sure we hit to turn in at the end of monthly reports.Make arrangements with customers and log in to our access reports. Make collections list, and reports to check if meters were being tampered with out in field.
