Responsible for the day-to-day business and client experience of all operational systems at Mind Gym and work independently and proactively to ensure Mind Gym runs smoothly and securely.I am responsible for architecting and implementing the operational systems to ensure: security, availability, DR, backups, scalability and cost-effective operation. This was my initial role with Figleaves as Desktop Support Engineer with some Windows and Network Administration. Succeeding in this role meant having strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being technically knowledgeable. It was not soon after starting the role and after gaining the confidence of my peers I was promoted to Network Administrator.
